We just got back from an absolutely mind-blowing week at EXP Con in Miami, and the massive business-changing updates announced on stage are going to completely shift how you run your real estate business in 2026. Whether you are already with eXp Realty or you are looking at the brokerage from the outside, these ten massive rollouts are designed to help you scale your production, leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence, and drastically lower your overhead costs.

Before we dive into the nitty-gritty of the announcements, mark your calendars for next year. In 2026, EXP Con is heading to Salt Lake City, Utah, to bring the action back to the central and western parts of the United States. Getting in the room at these national events is hands-down the fastest way to build referral relationships, rub elbows with top-producing agents, and learn directly from the masterminds running mega-teams.

1. Meet Meera: Your New AI Business Assistant

Imagine having a highly advanced, custom-trained version of ChatGPT that knows every single metric of your real estate business. That is exactly what eXp has launched with Meera.

Instead of manually logging into your dashboard, clicking through tabs, and exporting spreadsheets to calculate your production, you can now simply visit meera.exprealty.com and ask her directly.

"Meera is your one-stop shop for business analytics. You can ask her your average sales price, your year-to-date volume, your split progress, or your breakdown of buyer vs. seller clients in seconds."

It is powered by ChatGPT, making the interface completely conversational. You can even use Meera to pull key production stats to write your brand bio, apply for podcast episodes, or market your achievements on social media.

2. The Sports & Entertainment Division

eXp is officially launching a dedicated Sports & Entertainment division to better serve high-profile clients, professional athletes, and celebrities.

Led by industry powerhouse Mark Anthony Ball out of Texas, this division provides agents with the specialized tools, luxury branding, and high-level anonymity required when representing famous public figures who value their privacy.

Even celebrities are joining the movement. Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter was at EXP Con representing the brand, highlighting how the brokerage is expanding its footprint in the luxury, sports, and entertainment niches worldwide.

3. Goodbye Slack, Hello "The Hub"

In a surprise announcement that drove the crowd wild, founder Glenn Sanford took the stage to announce that eXp is officially moving away from Slack and transitioning to a proprietary internal platform called The Hub.

The Hub is built entirely on Lovable and was designed to solve the communication fatigue of Slack. It beautifully mimics the layout of the old Facebook Workplace, keeping everything organized in clear, easy-to-navigate groups on the left-hand side of your screen.

  • State-Specific Groups: Quickly access local contract forms, find state-specific legal updates, and get broker support.
  • Mastermind Circles: Connect directly in groups for agent attraction, outbound referrals, team leaders, and ICON agents.
  • Direct Referral Directory: Find and secure trusted partners in other markets with a few clicks.

You can log in right now at hub.exprealty.com to set up your profile, with the full platform transition expected to be completely finalized by the end of 2025.

4. Canva Pro Custom Brand Templates

While eXp has had a long-standing partnership providing every agent with free Canva Pro access, the system previously limited users mostly to corporate eXp-branded templates.

The new update allows you to fully integrate your personal brand colors, logos, and fonts directly into the platform. This means you can customize high-end, pre-made real estate templates instantly while maintaining your individual brand identity, which is something we are incredibly passionate about.

5. The AI Accelerator: 8-Week Masterclass

To keep our agents ahead of the technology curve, eXp has launched the AI Accelerator, a highly tactical 8-week program.

This is not a basic "how to write a prompt" class. Taught by a panel of 12 elite industry experts, including tech pioneer Andres Casada, this program focuses on advanced automation and systems building.

What You Will Learn in the AI Accelerator:

  • How to build a custom real estate landing page in under 30 seconds using Lovable.
  • How to build complex lead-routing and follow-up automations using Zapier.
  • How to leverage N8N and advanced developer-level tools to streamline your administrative tasks.

The initial cohort is exclusive to eXp agents, but plans are in place to eventually open future rounds of this elite training to the public.

6. The Universal EXPcon Global Pass

As a truly global brokerage, eXp is making it easier than ever to build an international business. You can now purchase a single universal EXPcon pass that grants you entry into four different global events throughout 2026:

  1. Cape Town, South Africa: February 17, 2026
  2. Vancouver, Canada: April 2026
  3. Paris, France: July 2026
  4. Salt Lake City, Utah: October 7, 2026

Tickets are available now at expcon.com. If you are looking to expand your network across borders, this is your ticket to global growth.

7. Frictionless Outbound Referrals & Mini-CRMs

Sending and receiving outbound referrals just got incredibly fast. By utilizing the platform at agents.exprealty.com, agents can now share and scan custom QR codes that link directly to their professional profiles.

The new update features an integrated database within the platform, acting as a mini-CRM for your preferred referral partners. When you meet an agent you trust, you can immediately add them to your database under their respective market. Sending a referral now takes less than three clicks, and state brokers monitor and sign off on these agreements within the hour.

8. Reimagining the Office: "Culture Centers" by Veronica Figueroa

Perhaps the most revolutionary announcement for team leaders was the introduction of Culture Centers, a concept pioneered by mega-team leader Veronica Figueroa.

Faced with high fixed overhead costs for brick-and-mortar office spaces, Veronica and her partners collaborated with corporate to design a solution that eliminates the financial risk of traditional commercial leases.

"Instead of team leaders carrying thousands of dollars in fixed monthly rent, agents pay a custom service flat fee per transaction only when they close a deal. eXp collects this fee and direct-deposits it straight to the team leader to fund the space."

This creates a coffee-shop-style co-working hub complete with podcast studios, modern work areas, and high-energy collaborative spaces. Agents win because they get premium workspace without monthly desk fees, and team leaders win because their fixed overhead is dramatically reduced. You can learn more and access the implementation toolkit at exptoolkit.com/culturecenters.

9. Expanded International Footprint

eXp Realty continues its rapid global expansion, officially opening operations in three new European markets: Romania, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This further expands our cross-border referral opportunities, allowing agents to build passive revenue share streams across dozens of countries worldwide.

10. The Brand New eXp Commercial Website

Lastly, our commercial division is getting a major digital upgrade. A beautifully redesigned, highly functional website has launched at expcom.com, providing commercial agents with a premium platform to showcase listings, run property searches, and attract high-net-worth investors.
